Rule # 1: If you desire to start your own Story-Arc, consult the admins of the site, we will hear your idea, and create you the appropriate board, grant you moderator privileges of said board, so that way you may create your own threads and set it up as you desire.
Rule # 2: If your character dies, accept your death, don't God mod your way out of it, the ends of one character is the beginnings of another. Use your knowledge you obtained to create a new, and better character. Experiment with new ideas. Arguing for hours trying to save your character from certain death they rightfully obtained, ruins all of the fun that exists with online Role-play, and is a defining reason why people quit.
Rule # 3: If you do find yourself arguing over a death, stop, pm an admin or go to public chat to find someone to skim over the fight. The third parties decision will be a definitive answer. You may ask for only "One" retrial, in-case you think the third party missed a defining detail.
Rule # 4: Upon the death of a character, a log must be made within the graveyard section of the Official Boards. This will note the Date, Time, Location of the character death, reason for death, and the person who killed them. This is for the sake of people who attempt resurrection based abilities, and so you have someone to contact about the terms of death if it happened from a special scenario, such as soul trapped.
Rule # 5: Threads which remain inactive for 1 week will be given a notice for deletion in order to save room. If the notice is not given an answer, the thread will be deleted within another weeks time. This is to save room on the site. If your thread is for a special scene which will not be implemented until a certain time which may take weeks, we will not take action.
Rule # 6: If a fight is going on, and one of the party must leave, the exiting party must give notice, if not the fight will be considered lose by fainting under pressure. If you are replying on a phone, it will show you are on a mobile device and we will understand and be lenient. If you are in the middle of something while replying, please give notice (This is the only time OOC will be allowed.)
Rule # 7: Though not strictly enforced, if you find yourself leaving an RP, please list or make a time with the participating party, so that you may find an appropriate time to resume, instead of finding yourselves randomly logging on to find each other and wasting each others time.
Rule # 8: You are not permitted to magically appear in another person's RP or fight without just cause or reason. If the person has an item to summon another char, they may appear as such, otherwise, your character needs a legitimized reason or back story for being there. Then they must also make notice of arriving, and from which location. The time for such entry is restricted to a 2 post notice, meaning you inform the party then after 2 sets (all participating parties making a reply) is completed, you may make your "Appropriate" entry.
Rule # 9: Anyone who ignores the rules of death, or the rules of entering another parties rp or battle, will have their character deleted, and their posts removed from the official RP boards. This will be enforced after 1 warning. Everyone is already considered warned once due to the rules already being posted in advance.
Rule # 10: Story related deaths on off-site links are included upon this site. So if your character dies on one of the links at the bottom of the home page, your character is considered dead here as well, unless an adequate reason can be given.
Rule # 11: For a character to be allowed to participate within Official story arcs, your character has to be approved by the administrative staff of the site. Non-approved characters can participate within unofficial rp grounds.
