The main building for the Bounty Project. It is an idea started by two men, that has been built to a large and rich company. The building itself houses many floors, and thousands of workers. They cover everything from current bounties, to creating more, to handing out the money for a bounty and more. This is where you will come if you're looking for some money, or just some fun to try and hunt a few people down.
