Basic Information

Name: "Practical" Sullivan

Age: 22

Appearance: Sullivan has long, thick, wavy pink hair that is pulled up into a rough ponytail. He wears a long sleeve white shirt with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of navy blue jeans that have a worn look to them. He also wears an apron that matches his hair color. It is tied loosely and it is unknown why he even wears it. Sullivan's eyes have a rust-like color to them. His gaze is piercing and calculating, in contrast to the friendly smile he often displays.

Personality: Sullivan is a caring individual on the outside, acting friendly even to complete strangers, but he's also manipulative. He'll do what he has to do, if he feels it's being done for the right cause. When set on a cause, Sullivan will stop at nothing to complete it, willing to sacrifice even himself to see it through.

Weapon Info: Sullivan appears to be unarmed, since he is. He's an adept hand-to-hand combatant.

Abilities & Ability Info

Silere: All forms of energy absorbed by Sullivan are morphed and transformed into an unknown energy. The energy is said to hold a crimson color, but nobody knows for sure.

Impingere: Using his bare hands, Sullivan absorbs the kinetic energy from any physical attack the he manages to block, no matter the strength of the opponent, causing zero harm to Sullivan himself. He can then release the energy through his punches.

Rejacere: A stronger version of Impingere, Sullivan can use Rejacere to absorb energy based attacks into his hands. Unlike Impingere, the continued storage of the energy can cause harm to Sullivan, so it must be released quickly, or else it will cause a great strain.

Aestimare: This is a branch attack, so to speak, of Impingere. Sullivan uses the stored kinetic energy to create perform a punch that resembles the absorbed attack. For example, if he were to block the strike of a sword, Sullivan could use Aestimare to create a punch that slices or stabs. If he were to absorb the blow from a mace or hammer, he could generate a punch that causes intense blunt force trauma.

Surgere: Akin to Aestimare, Surgere is the branch attack of Rejacere. This allows Sullivan to release long range punches that carry the same properties of the absorbed energy, while not being that energy. For example, if Sullivan were to absorb a Pyro attack, Sullivan could release a flame based punch. This punch would burn and sear the target, as well as apply the blunt force of Sullivan's punches. However, these punches would not be fire themselves, meaning they could not be manipulated by a pyrokinesis user.

Resonare: Sullivan resonates all of the energy he has gained and releases it in one Mach X Punch. The strength and speed of the punch is dependent of how many times he has absorbed energy, up to Mach 5. However, Mach 3 and beyond cause a large amount of recoil to Sullivan's body.

Infortis: Sullivan cultivates the absorbed energy into his arms, causing them to become significantly stronger and causing even the flesh to become harder than steel. Using Infortis increases the power of all of Sullivan's techniques, and removes the recoil from all forms of Resonare, except Mach 5.

Assituus: Sullivan focuses all of his energy, his absorbed energy and his own included, and unleashes them into two devastating punches. These punches are typically used by Sullivan to finish his opponent or to shatter their defense(s). The punches travel at high speeds, even faster that Resonare's max, but require a large amount of energy to use.

Mirare: The Devil's deal. Sullivan's right eye loses it's rusty color, becoming completely white. While in this state, he gains access to a few new techniques unlike his Silere and Impingere.

Mirare: Gravis: Through his steady fusion with "The Devil," Sullivan has unlocked the ability to manipulate Gravity in an area around him. Through this use, he can increase his own weight to help himself take hits, reduce his own weight to allow himself to jump higher, increase and decrease the pressure of the air around him to crush his opponent's or make it harder for them to breath, or even fire blasts of concentrated air by crushing it into a sphere and then releasing it in a controlled manner. With enough preparation, Sullivan can even create a small Black Hole.

Vacuus: The gift from God. Sullivan's left eye begins to absorb all light, becoming completely black in color, including the sclera. Akin to Mirare, Sullivan acquires new abilities in this state.

Vacuus: Radere: Through his slow absorption of "The Creator," Sullivan has acquired a technique that allows him to absorb objects into a different dimension, including himself, and then teleport them out in a nearby location. He is capable of teleporting the objects within another object, however, teleporting an object within a moving target would prove fairly difficult.

Physical

Handedness: Left handed.

Fitness: Sullivan is fairly strong, despite his slender figure, and has great endurance.

Allergies/Medical conditions: No allergies, Sullivan's pulse seems to have slowed down, however, it does not seem to be inhibiting him physically.
