Her main ability is her Holy Energy.
She is capable of using the holy sword, Durendel. She, however, has very limited sword skills.
The sword is said to contain in its golden hilt: one tooth of Saint Peter, blood of Saint Basil, hair of Saint Denis, and a piece of the raiment of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It is unbreakable by any ordinary means.
She also wields a holy crossbow and is extremely proficient at archery. The bolts used can be formed out of raw Holy Energy or she can use a number of silver or mercury bolts she keeps in her robe.
She is also in possession of many duplicates of an artefact known as the Black Cross. The Black Cross is a cross-shaped dagger with an enchanted blade that pins beings to the ground through their shadow. For example, if Hawthorn uses one of these blades to stab through the leg of someone's shadow, that person's leg will be pinned in place. These are not extremely useful as weapons on their own. Every page of the Bible that Hawthorn carries around can be transformed into these Black Cross replicas.
