No. It's manipulation of science. The other natural forces being divine and magic.

I suppose you want an explanation? No I am not manipulating every part of science, but pretty much all my powers fall under the category.

Even science has it's God-Modding pieces though. For example, the manipulation of the water in someones body. Yes, you could easily kill someone with that. And many people have the ability to control water and then do that. But the fact of the matter is killing someone in that way would be God-Modding. If someone were to do that, there would be absolutely no way to counter that so it would be an insta kill and fights would last ten seconds because there is a G-Mod with just about every ability in the world. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. God-Modding isn't necessarily about having the God-Mod ability, it's about using it. This Molecule ability you just used, is the same thing. I have no way to counter the ability, (unless I stop you before you use it like I did). In essence, if I had let you use your move, I would have died, whereas if my kick had landed, you would have still gotten up. You apparently don't notice but you God-Mod a lot, and this isn't the first time in this fight that you have. If I wanted to I could have G-Modded and killed you in my first turn of this fight, but I didn't. It's a part of making the fight fun, and giving both parties a chance. Which you don't seem to understand. As expected this was a waste of time. I don't know how else to explain to you what G-modding is. Have a nice day.

The attack in question is a feasible technique, assuming Fox is a skilled user of water/ice and electricity. However, Alex, as the tech is, simply focusing on an area and speeding the molecules up by thought would be completely and utterly a God Mod. For the attack to work, you would need to come in contact with said molecules, through use of your hands. Also, simply speeding up the molecules would not cause them to explode, that's not how molecules do. By the method you explained, simply increasing the speed of the molecules, the area in question would create sublimation, changing the Solid mass into a Gaseous mass. This would still be an effective strategy, though, as the gas would rise, due to its heat, and them sink as it cools. The would happen rapidly, jumbling up the molecules. The Gaseous mass would then return to a Solid mass, but in a jumbled state and it would no longer be connected to Tyson's body, assuming you used this on a body part.
