I really don't care about the criminals too much. I want to do it because America has the highest incarceration rate per capita in the world. I love America and it's a shame we are pretty much a terrible place to live these days. I want to help restore it to its former glory. I always build characters around skillsets. The skillset is the most creative part, so that's my favorite. Overall, though, I think Hawthorn is my best character altogether due to her personality and history. I usually don't like "magic" powers, but my Holy Energy has very clear rules so I like it. Good luck.

I agree. We sure have deteriorated to the point where it's shitty to live here. I love America just as much as anyone but I blame the parents. I was raised by good parents in my opinion, cause my mom beat the shit out of me if I did something bad. Those parents who don't even care about their kids show the children that they can do whatever they want, and that is why America sucks. I like to get the base of a skillset, and then come up with a history to improve the skillset off from. After that I just write down what comes to my mind until I think it's complete. I'm thinking of my own right now. Had a conversation with Tyler on Skype yesterday and since you're all butt heads and won't teach me your Energies I've decided to make my own and it'll be better then CE, HE, and Aer combined. I told Tyler this and he told me to "dream on Turbonerd" So I'm dreaming xD

I blame the hippies who made it "cool" to be "different". I don't say that out of xenophobia, but rather, I feel as thought the acceptance of glorification of hippies is what degraded the moral character of the nation which lead to where we are now - face down in a ditch. For me, the skillset is the most important part. A single idea can be expanded on so much. What can a character do with the idea? What can't they do? What would they be willing to do? Pft, nothing will ever beat HE. HE is the best.

Hippies are retarded. Just a bunch of middle aged people that wanted to go against their parents. And that's when parents started to not care about their kids, hence the face down in a ditch America lmao. I agree that it's the most important, just not the easiest for me. I don't think anything is more important than a skillset. Without it your character is a boring human that can't defend themselves. No matter what history you have, if you have a bad skillset I don't care for you, but if you have a good skillset and a mediocre history then I could handle that very well. I'll shove those words down your throat on a silver platter when I make my new energy.
Looking back on this conversation I realize that 80% of this site won't understand a thing we've said. So saddening.

Also the media focuses on negative things and so people become negative. It's a shame. Hmm, I don't know if a human is so boring. Don't you think that a character that can't rely on powers and abilities fending for himself in a world full of powerful people could be interesting? I doubt it would be able to survive long with the kinds of powers people have, but it might be fun to play a character that can only "run away". I've tried to make weak and defenseless characters, but people won't play with it. They just kill the character as fast as possible and don't leave time to have fun with it. Maybe I should make a character that can only "run away" for a while before giving him an ability. I've already thought of a concept for the character, hmm. Haha, sure. There's no way you can beat Hawthorn's Holy Energy. Maybe Kugutsu's, but his Magicians Arts are rather lazily made compared to Hawthorn's HE.
Can't be helped.

The media never focuses on healthy and good things. Their one of the worst parts of America. Just a bunch of vultures looking for the juiciest story. Well I guess I see that now. Digit is completely human, he gets all his powers from the suit. But I did give the suit some abilities to be able to hold his own in a fight so he wouldn't be the best example. That does sound fun though now that I think about it. Just a human character. You should do it. I'd love to Roleplay with it lmao. Dude I totally can and will beat it. You'll see!
People should finish school before trying to do this at a serious level.

We sure have fallen. Sometimes it's fun not to be the strongest or the scariest. What I want most of all out of a roleplay character is a story. I never manage to complete a character arc for my characters. Maybe a human character would be easier. Maybe a pathetic coward who blames the world for his powerlessness and eventually finds himself with his own power or ability and how it changes him for better or worse. Might be interesting. Muda da. HE can't be beaten. Hawthorn's true powers still haven't been shown. I never got to fully utilize Golgotha or anything. Such a shame.
It's fine if they don't finish school, but they should at least try to use cognitive processes sometimes.

I agree. I like a story. That's what I want out of Katelyn. Maybe in the end her so called 'saviors' just kill her cause they think she's annoying. Lol I don't really care. Then come back and complete Hawthorns story *wink wink* God Mod!!!! Cheater!!! If it can't be beaten then it's OP and you're a G-Mod. I win
I just wish they'd use this magical thing called English sometimes. Le Sigh.

Who knows? Kugutsu is unpredictable. His place in Hawthorn's story arc was going to be him reappearing to her and through extended conversation, revealing that he has orchestrated her entire life, from the death of her family, to her capture by slavers, and even her becoming a sister. She was going to be repulsed by the being she thought was God and fall into despair, at which point she would fall into the sadistic tendencies that she refused to admit even to herself. After causing trouble and doing some evil, she would eventually come to terms with it all and have a neutral alignment, coming to see Kugutsu as God, but at the same time, feeling that God had abandoned the world out of love for it. But I've tried twice to do Hawthorn's story and both times, I have failed! You can cry about it once you're crucified in Golgotha!
Oh well.

That sounds interesting! TRY AGAIN!!!!! You know the magic words. If at first you don't succeed. Try, Try again. It'll work if you set your mind to it. Besides, third times a charm and this time I'll help if you need. Pssh. You mean when I destroy Hawthorn and you never get to complete your story. Yes I'll cry for your sadness. wut
